uViewIt is motion detection software that controls your video camera(s),
webcam(s), or DV camcorder, and records all activity to your
COMPUTER. Use multiple webcams or a DV cam on the same
machine to create stealth video surveillance
devices. The software installs in less
than 5 minutes, and will even allow you to view your cameras remotely
over the Internet with full video and audio streaming.

uViewIt's simple setup above allows you to do the following:
 Monitor & Record live activity at your home/business from
within your home or anywhere in the
world
using any NTSC
camera (Wireless, BW/Color,
Infrared, USB cam, etc.) or DV camcorder.
Control up to
4 cameras from ONE screenshot, or multiple camera devices
. with multiple instances of
uViewIt.
Set recording sensitivity and select Hot Zones or area to
record such as the front door
instead of the swaying tree nearby.
Also, set Motion distance
sensitivity to trigger on objects closer
or farther from the
camera.
Scan history of recorded
snapshots with time/date stamp, and playback the
full video with audio.
Capture full motion video to hard
drive
up to 30 frames per
second (fps) when motion is detected
for single-cams and
up to 2 fps
for multi-cam
systems.
Save video in AVI format, still pictures in JPEG/GIF
format. Select
any Video Compression you want,
or add third-party compression codecs.
You can even use Windows Media
Profiles to make custom video
compression settings.
Remote control pan-tilt-zoom
(Sony VISCA and D-Protocol/RS-485) cameras.
Alerts sent via email or pager when motion detected
at any camera.
